About the RoleThis is a 1-year contract position with a high chance of extension, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $500,000, involving 2-6 resources and potentially vendors.
- Develop and execute project schedules, milestones, and resource coordination plans.
- Build implementation plans with escalation and rollback procedures.
- Maintain project artifacts, including vendor management, budget tracking, and schedule updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and vendors through regular meetings, written reports, and presentations.
- Forecast, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure spending aligns with expectations.
- Closure of projects via lessons learned, documentation, and adherence to procurement processes.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, specializing in IT Infrastructure initiatives.
- Strong understanding of waterfall methodology and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate domain is desirable but not essential.
A competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a dynamic work environment.
