Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal counsel and support to our business units on a wide range of commercial law matters, including contract review and negotiation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address legal issues that may impact our business operations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on changes in commercial law and regulations that may impact our business.

Requirements
