Job Description

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Assisting partners, vice presidents, and associates in evaluating investment opportunities;
  • Conducting research and analysis on private equity investment opportunities;
  • Building complex financial models;
  • Performing due diligence on opportunities;
  • Reviewing third-party due diligence reports;
  • Performing valuation analysis;

You will also be responsible for meeting with company management, reviewing past performance, and making recommendations to the Novacap Investment Committee.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with +4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big 4 Audit/Transaction Services, or other relevant fast-paced and analytically driven investment organization.

A strong research, financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills are required. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure is essential.
