Job Description:

As a Wireless Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Participating in engaging customers in sales activities as part of your daily responsibilities
  • Providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to sales representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
  • Overseeing inventory levels and implementing a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
  • Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Adhering to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance
