Job Title: Solar Panel Installation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Solar Panel Installation Specialist to join our team at IEP Energy Economics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain solar panel systems, including exterior and interior prefabricated products
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service solar panel systems, including exterior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for solar panel systems
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Supervise other workers and coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in solar panel installation and maintenance is an asset
  • Working at heights training, First Aid Certificate, and Fall Arrest Protection Training Course are required
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation are required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and work at heights
