About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at MCW Group of Companies. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for managing electrical tenant and special projects across various sectors, including retail, commercial, institutional, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop electrical systems, including lighting, fire alarm, and power distribution, using AutoCAD or BIM models and schematics.
  • Coordinate with Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural teams to ensure project drawing accuracy.
  • Review architectural and mechanical drawings for consistency with electrical systems.
  • Conduct site surveys and oversee site visits during construction phases.
  • Prepare contract documents, including project specifications.
  • Ensure all electrical codes and standards are met.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation required.
  • 5+ years of engineering and project coordination experience within the consulting industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing electrical systems using AutoCAD or Revit.
