  • Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies to minimize business disruptions
  • Create tailored risk management plans for projects to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Assess troubled projects and provide expert recommendations for improvement
  • Prioritize and assign risks based on impact to maximize risk reduction
  • Implement and oversee Risk Management Plans throughout project life cycles to ensure effective risk mitigation
  • Train teams on risk mitigation best practices to enhance risk awareness

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in risk assessment and mitigation, with a proven track record in advisory roles. Preferred skills include Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Finance Risk & Compliance, GIPS Compliance, Retail Banking & Corporate Finance, Enterprise Financial Risk, and Regulatory Management & Compliance. Certifications such as CRMP, FRM, or equivalent are highly desirable. Experience with risk management tools like RSA Archer, MetricStream, etc., is also required.
