Job Title: Stone Cutter - Stone Products

Aurivia Stone Design Inc. is seeking a skilled Stone Cutter to join our team. As a Stone Cutter, you will be responsible for operating machinery to cut and shape stone blocks and slabs to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate blade or wire saws to cut stone blocks to specified dimensions
• Check products for quality control
• Grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs, or other stone products to specific shape or design
• Use sandblasting equipment to cut inscriptions or decorative designs in monumental stone
• Perform ongoing machine adjustments
• Read blueprint, schemas, and drawings
• Drill holes in blocks or slabs of stone according to specifications
• Repair cracks and holes
• Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines
• Work with minimal supervision
