Financial Operations Director

At Hearty Food Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis. You will be responsible for identifying and investigating compliance issues, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and reviewing budgets and financial reports for specific projects.

Additionally, you will oversee the collection and analysis of financial data, prepare reports, and advise senior management on financial matters. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

As a fast-paced environment, you will need to have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
