We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team at 1326037 Alberta Ltd. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to building and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Construction: Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create high-quality structures.
  • Building and Installation: Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to create safe and durable buildings.
  • Finishing Touches: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to complete the building process.
  • Site Surveying: Conduct site surveys to ensure building locations and levels are accurate and meet building codes.
  • Training and Development: Instruct apprentices and provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
