About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with clients to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in Aphasia program and other community-based initiatives

Requirements:

  • Registration with the College of Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Experience working with swallowing/dysphagia and stroke/neurological conditions
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
