Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease, and provide advice about products.
  • Cash Handling: Accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment, and operate a cash register.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain sales records for inventory control, prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease, and assist in display of merchandise.
  • Technical Skills: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, and perform data entry.
  • Team Support: Train staff and assist in promoting products, sales or services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work, and willing to relocate for this position.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
