About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in promoting a safe work environment and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze cost statements to identify areas with high claims costs and allocate loss prevention resources accordingly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement injury and auto crash reduction strategies.
  • Monitor expenses and verify return on investment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate and implement new or changing regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Verify compliance to UPS policies and regulatory requirements through audits.
  • Support business unit development of corrective actions for identified issues.
  • Analyze audit data and health and safety compliance reports to identify action plans and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Flexible travel schedule
  • Health and Safety experience
  • Bilingual French/English - both written and verbal
