Loan IQ Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Quanteam - North America (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group). As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation of Loan IQ, a leading lending platform, and work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Subject Matter Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Loan IQ and its applications, as well as excellent functional/operational knowledge of the activities performed by various teams.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with users to identify requirements and issues, and collaborate with development teams to define optimal solutions.
- Deliverable Management: Manage deliverables of the Banking and Lending program through analysis, design, testing, migration, and implementation.
- Functional Requirements: Lead functional requirements gathering sessions with the business, document and validate functional requirements, and assist in the review of functional requirements with IT.
- Business Process Improvement: Interact with business users to help define business processes, gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and define business specifications end-to-end.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute analysis and design in different stages of the project, and be involved in thorough test planning and coordination of testing activities.
- Project Management: Manage deliverables and timelines for all initiatives under the responsibility of the team, review deliverables, and ensure that change control procedures are properly followed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Escalate issues impacting the business in a clear and concise manner, coordinate and liaise with local and Head Office IT, and foster collaboration between the team, the business, and local and global colleagues.
- Education: BS/MS in Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience with Loan IQ in Operations, Finance, and Regulatory and/or Information Technology preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment, and experience on Operational, Finance & Regulatory Reporting related topics.
