We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Spencer's & Spirit Halloween. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Establish and maintain high standards of Guest Services, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers.
- Store Operations: Support the Store Manager in controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
- Staff Development: Develop and support the skills and knowledge of store staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Minimum age requirement is 18.
- Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
