Pizza Maker Job Description

At PJ Atlantic Restaurants (Riverview) Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including pizzas, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Physically demanding
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work under pressure

Working Conditions:
  • Rural area
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Langue de travail: Anglais
