About the RoleThis is a permanent, part-time position requiring 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in childcare and possess excellent judgment, flexibility, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch care and supervision to infants and children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed
- Assume full responsibility for household chores, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for the family
- Establish a safe and healthy environment by adhering to non-smoking and scent-free policies
- Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- Degree or equivalent experience in early childhood education or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in childcare
- Excellent judgment, flexibility, and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage repetitive tasks
- Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, and lifting
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
