About the Job:



We are seeking an experienced Automotive Body Repair Technician to join our team at DUNCAN Auto Body. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Inspect and assess damage to vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
  • Use specialized tools and equipment to repair and replace damaged parts, including body panels, frames, and exterior components
  • Grind, sand, and mask surfaces to prepare them for painting
  • Apply primers and paint to restore vehicles to their original factory finish
  • Repair or replace interior components, including seats, carpets, and trim
  • Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment


Requirements:




  • 1-6 months of experience in automotive body repair
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
