Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Oracle HR Cloud system administration and management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Oracle databases, with a strong focus on service delivery and performance reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Additionally, you will prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of managed services professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure deep understanding of the administration and maintenance of Oracle HR Cloud system, with a focus on incident management, configuration changes, and enhancements.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to address service gaps and enhance the client experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Oracle databases, with a strong focus on service delivery and performance reporting.
  • Deep understanding of the administration and maintenance of Oracle HR Cloud system.
  • Proven experience in managing a team in a managed services or IT services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
What We Offer
