Job Opportunity:

My Gym Children's Fitness Center is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Children's Fitness Coach. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe fitness programs for children, while also contributing to the overall success of our center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead fitness programs for children, including gymnastics, dance, and other activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and promotion goals
  • Assist with marketing and social media efforts to promote our programs and services
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our members


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a fitness or educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Background in fitness, gymnastics, or a related field
