About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fruit and Vegetable Farmhand to join our team at Meadow Berry Farms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the crops to ensure optimal growth and quality.
  • Harvest seedlings and crops, and train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including fruit harvesters and combine harvesters.
  • Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
Work Environment

Our farm operates in a combination of fruit and vegetable farming, with a focus on blueberries, field berries, raspberries, and strawberries.
