About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Embassy Grand Convention Centre. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and professional work environment, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
  • Emergency Response
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities in the event of an emergency.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a swift and effective response to emergency situations.
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of security equipment and systems, ensuring that they are functioning properly and efficiently.
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all facilities management tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, management, and guests, ensuring that all concerns and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on security incidents, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year
