Job Title: Physiotherapist Assistant

Hillcrest Physiotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our physiotherapists in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physiotherapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Conduct rehabilitation exercises and activities under the supervision of physiotherapists.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or healthcare assistance).
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
