Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize statistical methods to analyze player engagement, session behaviors, and game usage to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design, implement, and report on A/B tests to enhance the user experience, leveraging statistical analysis to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Player Segmentation and Behavior Analysis: Analyze player segments and behavior to support tailored content strategies and inform product development.
- Advanced Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Dashboard Development and Data Visualization: Develop dashboards and self-serve tools to communicate findings and performance metrics to stakeholders, promoting data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in an analytics role performing quantitative analysis with big data to inform business decisions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker), and ability to extract data from large data sources with differing structures.
- Passion for Mobile Gaming: Passion for mobile lifestyle gaming is a plus, but not required.
