Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our business unit and drive growth and success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business strategies, managing budgets and resources, and leading a team of professionals to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, provide coaching and development opportunities, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement financial planning and analysis.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to drive business growth and success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and operational management.
