Physician - Addictions Medicine

Island Health is seeking a Family Physician with a passion for Addictions Medicine to join its Homeless Outreach Support Team (IHOST). This team-based care model provides primary care, wound care, and addiction support to systemically marginalized populations in the Comox Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care and addiction support to patients in the community
- Collaborate with Mental Health and Substance Use teams to provide comprehensive care
- Work in a collegial physician team with peer supports, clinicians, and administrative staff

Requirements:
- Family Medicine certification
