We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision of in-shop and field service and repair of machines and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a qualified tradesperson in a relevant trade and hold a journeyman/woman trade certification in a relevant trade.

In this role, you will:

  • Enforce all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals.
  • Maintain high employee morale and ensure excellent customer relations.
  • Attain short and long-term objectives through effective management and planning.
  • Directly supervise shop personnel and assist the Service Manager in scheduling technicians to work orders.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Inspecting components and equipment for repair needs.
  • Communicating with the Service Writer and/or the equipment owner to get approval for work to be done.
  • Ensuring jobs are completed within the allotted time.
