About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at G S Homes Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the framing and installation of wood and other materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, Cut, and Assemble Materials: You will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and assembling materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to ensure precise fit and finish.
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work: You will schedule and coordinate work on sites to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and is physically demanding.
  • Experience and Qualifications: You will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, or equivalent experience.
