Executive Director Opportunity

Cogir Senior Living Canada is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our retirement residence team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the general management of our retirement residence, ensuring a superior living experience for residents.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Implement and maintain policies to uphold industry standards and regulations, while achieving financial targets with maximum operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote the residence within the local market, showcasing it as the top choice in retirement living.
  • Set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years management experience, preferably in the seniors living industry, hotel, or hospitality-related industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Strong understanding of business planning and processes.
