Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our Pine Pharmacy location in Pine Falls, Manitoba. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy, as well as actively contributing to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services, including medication reviews, disease state management, and patient education
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient progress
  • Administer vaccines and determine appropriateness of drug therapy
  • Monitor medication adherence and collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information
  • Recommend OTC products and vitamins, and answer questions from patients requiring therapeutic knowledge or clinical analysis
  • Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in the performance of restricted activities
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in Kroll and working in a retail environment
  • Good communication skills (oral and written) and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must carry Smoking Cessation, Uncomplicated Cystis, SLC Minor Ailments, and Injection Certification as a minimum on their Manitoba CPHM license endorsements
