About This Role
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our aquatic programs. As an Aquatic Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and implementing various activities, including swimming lessons, water aerobics, and other leisure pursuits. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and inclusive environment for our members and their families.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and guidance to lifeguards and aquatics staff
- Develop and implement aquatic programs and activities
- Ensure the maintenance of a safe and clean facility
- Collaborate with other departments to promote CFMWS services and events
- Foster a positive and respectful team culture

Requirements
- Current Bronze Cross certification
- National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification (asset)
- CPR and Standard First Aid certification
- Experience in dealing with the public, including children
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- French language proficiency (essential)
