Carewest Innovative Healthcare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation and recovery units, you will provide high-quality client care through focused assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide client care through assessment, treatment, and discharge planning on our rehabilitation and recovery units.
- Contribute to resident quality of life through provision of appropriate interventions to maximize safe, functional independence on our continuing care units.
- Provide clinical supervision to support staff and students.
- Graduation from a recognized Masters or Degree program in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT); Eligible for membership in CAOT; AADL Authorizer is an asset.
- Experience using occupational therapy in a clinical and/or continuing care setting is an asset.
- New grad/provisional occupational therapists welcome.
