Food Service Supervisor

Amorosa Pasta House Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service, food quality, and team collaboration.
- Monitor and Improve Performance: Regularly review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our overall service and quality.
