Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal levels.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
