Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

At Quinn's Nails and Spa, we are seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail care department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a proven track record of managing a team of nail technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Monitor quality and production levels
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
