Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 respite care to a pediatric client in their home environment. As a member of our nursing support team, you will work independently to support the client's complex care needs and enable them to live at home with their family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 respite care to a pediatric client in their home environment
  • Support the client's complex care needs, including medication management and personal care
  • Work independently to ensure the client's safety and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with the client's family and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration with BCCNM
  • Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
