Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a key member of our retail service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while operating a cash register, making drinks, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year (dependent on location)

  • Deliver high-quality beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system
Requirements

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required
  • Ability to work varied hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours during peak periods
