The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, market research, and business development, with a proven track record of success in the mining industry. You will be responsible for building a highly productive sales pipeline, driving revenue and margin growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement market research and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- University degree in a relevant technical science or engineering discipline, or a degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales leadership, market research, and business development, with a strong background in the mining industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market share.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
