Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist II, III or Licensed to join our Behavioral Health Program at our Vancouver location. As a member of our team, you will work closely with medical providers to establish a holistic approach to patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and mental health needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based mental health evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work
- Minimum of two years' experience in mental health settings
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
