Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at HammamSpa by Cela. As a key member of our spa staff, you will provide exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality beauty treatments and services.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetics and be knowledgeable about various beauty treatments, including body care, facials, and nail care.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their skin and beauty needs, providing personalized advice and treatment recommendations.
  • Our Beauty Therapist must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide advanced beauty treatments, such as laser hair removal, exfoliating body treatments, and glycolic acid treatments.
  2. Perform manicures, pedicures, and other nail care services, ensuring attention to detail and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Offer skincare advice and products tailored to individual client needs, promoting healthy and radiant skin.
  4. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  5. Develop a comprehensive understanding of HammamSpa by Cela's products and services, enabling effective product demonstrations and sales.
Requirements
  • Certification in esthetics or a related field is mandatory; a college diploma or non-university certificate/diploma from a 1-2 year program is also required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information discreetly.
