To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike
  • A mutual funds license and a commitment to ongoing professional development, including the CIFP Diploma
