Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Raider Oilfield Equipment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and productivity. They will be responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
The Logistics Operations Manager will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, training workers in duties and policies, and arranging training for staff. They will work closely with other departments to establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, with experience in coordinating activities and managing teams. They will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Logistics Operations Manager will work 30 to 40 hours per week, and will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
