Responsibilities:
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from the public
• Manage and prioritize calls for service, allocating resources effectively
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and response
• Maintain accurate records and reports, using confidential police computer systems
• Provide support and assistance to field units, utilizing two-way radio communication, phones, and cellular devices

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred
• Proven experience in a fast-paced office environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Six months of experience in Police/Emergency Dispatch, with a focus on crisis management and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
