About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Alberta Corp. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Operate machinery and maintain inventory
- Prepare special orders and ensure quality meets established standards
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
What We Offer:
- 35 to 40 hours per week
