Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at The Western Corp. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, performing pre-operational inspections, and operating cranes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Perform pre-operational inspections on equipment
  • Operate cranes and other heavy machinery
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Demolish buildings and perform routine maintenance work
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
