Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at Malina Bakery Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality bread, pastries, and desserts.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Preparation: Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Baking: Bake mixed dough and batters, adhering to established standards and food safety guidelines.
  • Special Orders: Prepare and decorate cakes and baked goods, meeting customer expectations and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related industry.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, standing for extended periods, and repetitive activities. You must be able to operate machinery safely and efficiently.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.
