MetCrédit is seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team in Edmonton. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for negotiating repayment with account holders and resolving delinquencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate repayment with account holders
  • Resolve delinquencies and ensure timely payments
  • Work closely with our experienced management team to develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with account holders
