Boucherville, Quebec, Canada SafelyYou Full time
About SafelyYou
SafelyYou is a mission-driven company that develops artificial intelligence to support care for those with Alzheimer's disease, Dementia, and other cognitive impairments. Our first product is focused on reducing the frequency and impact of falls, the leading cause of hospitalization for those living with dementia.

The Problem We're Solving
Alzheimer's disease is the single most expensive disease in the US, costing an estimated $600 billion per year in direct and indirect costs. It affects 1 in 3 people over 85, 1 in 9 people over 65, and accounts for 1 in 5 Medicare dollars. With fewer and fewer young people available to provide the care needed, we must find a way for technology to bridge the gap.

Your Role at SafelyYou
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee DataOps initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and act as the bridge between Product Waterfall schedules and R&D Agile workflows. This role is critical to ensuring efficient data pipeline orchestration, seamless coordination across teams, and timely, budget-conscious project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the orchestration of data pipelines between our team of annotators and our Researchers, ensuring the efficient, scalable, and secure handling of our data.
  • Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of our annotated datasets to support analytics, machine learning, and R&D initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to establish robust data governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Lead complex, high-impact R&D projects across multiple teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution.
  • Manage project dependencies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder expectations to drive successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective execution.
  • Serve as the liaison between Product teams and R&D teams by ensuring seamless integration and communication of our strategic projects into the R&D development flow.
  • Work with product managers, scrum masters, and engineering managers to translate quarterly roadmaps into executable pieces of work with clear milestones and timelines.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve conflicts between structured product planning and iterative R&D processes.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a skilled Artificial Intelligence Data Operations Specialist with a strong background in program management, data operations, and technical project leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing annotation pipelines, collaborating with data scientists, and establishing robust data governance processes.
