Job Title: Systems Engineering Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineering Director to lead our team of engineers responsible for the development and implementation of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team of highly skilled engineers responsible for low-level management from within the ASIC to the system level.
  • Innovate and develop test infrastructure to reduce test time and improve overall efficiency.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality firmware deliverables.
  • Architect and develop frameworks for automating post-silicon verification, data analysis, and debugging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • More than 15 years of experience in engineering, with at least 8 years of leadership experience.
  • Excellent programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture and logic design.
  • Experience in scripting and test automation.
  • Fluency with Git for source code management and feature-branch workflows.
  • Export Control laws and regulations compliance.
