Job Title: Truck Driver
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Armstrong FoodService. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for overseeing the condition of our vehicles, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading goods, performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and relaying information to central dispatch.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the condition of our vehicles and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
- Load and unload goods
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
- Relay information to central dispatch
- Hold Air Brake (Z) Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility and reliability
